Currently I'm using HomeStyler. It's free and it's got a bunch of options for building/viewing your stuff. They've added a bunch more things to it in the past year or so but a lot of it is paid content I'm not using.
I've been meaning to learn Blender though, just for better customization and possibly better renderings to use (instead of just tracing screenshots).
